Welcome to Tai Chi morning sessions. As with any new exercise regimen it is always wise to consult your doctor, especially if you may have an underline condition.
At the studio Tai Chi exercise sessions will be held every morning, Monday to Saturday at 6:30am, 7:30am, and 8:30am. Enjoy a 30 minute workout without breaking a sweat, or burning yourself out. Tai Chi exercises will leave you stimulated and relax, ideal for early morning workouts.
For those of you at home who are early birds and prefer exercising in the mornings, then Tai Chi exercise routines sessions will suit you perfectly. These sessions will leave you limber and refresh before starting your day.
Tai Chi is one of the most dynamic martial arts styles in the world. Created approximately 400 years ago. One of the originators, Chen Wangting was a retired general from the Ming Dynasty who lived in the mid-17th century. His contribution to Tai Chi is immeasurable.
