For individuals who are season, and enjoy exercising regularly, this high impact exercises routine is for you. The session involve light to medium weights use. Suggested use between 5lb. To 15lb.

The key when using weights with a vibration plate is proper form. At the studio we can assist and guide you, but at home you must take caution and use proper form and follow the video instruction carefully to avoid injury.
